Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Design and Proposal Engineer who will be responsible for creating comprehensive design solutions and compelling proposals for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Develop and design innovative solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Proposal Generation:

Analyze client needs and requirements to create customized proposals.

Collaborate with sales and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.

Ensure proposals are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with client expectations.

Technical Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Provide technical support to internal teams and assist in addressing client inquiries.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.

Participate in client meetings to understand project objectives and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology or environment related field.

4-5 years of experience in design engineering and proposal development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
